A Study On Block-transformation Of Gated Community

Living is one of the most fundamental functions of the city.In In the history of human society development,there have been a variety of living space construction modes.Gated community is the most common residential area construction model in China.On the one hand,in order to meet the housing demand,the new gated community is still under construction.On the other hand,the urban problems brought by the closed area are paid more and more attention.The block system is the first time explicitly put forward for the gated community of this construction model of reflection and negation.It raised a high degree of discussion when presented.This paper attempts to start from the historical origin of the residential area,combined with the relevant scholars' research on the concept of block system or block residential area,to explore the similarities and differences between closed-end residential and residential area,so as to seek a block of the transformation of the rules.The first chapter of this paper analyzes the relevant concepts of block transformation,and clarifies the research methods and research steps.The second chapter summarizes the related research on the construction of residential area from three aspects: the development course of residential area,the reflection of reflection and the related research of block.The third chapter starts from the characteristics of the block residential area,summarizes the elements of the block transformation and the precautions.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the empirical research.Taking the Riverside plots in the center of Honggu Tan in Nanchang as the research object,the present situation of the land construction is summarized from the aspects of construction course,function layout,traffic system,urban texture and so on.Then exploring the transformation strategy from urban angle and residential area angle.Finally summarize the experience of transformation and the extension of this study.
