As the asphalt pavement has its unique road performance and driving comfort,asphalt pavement in the application of various grades of roads in China is very widely.In the past 10 years,the state has been a lot of investment in road construction,due to long-term use of asphalt pavement in the aging process over time is becoming increasingly serious,the use of road performance gradually reduced.Especially as early asphalt pavement has been built into the repair or rebuild stage,in order to save resources,protect the environment has been vigorously develop the economy,asphalt mixture regeneration technology has become the focus of the current research,and asphalt mixture regeneration is the key lies in the old asphalt Of the regeneration.This paper focuses on the research of recycled asphalt-aggregate adhesion and road performance.This paper is based on the colloidal structure theory of the regeneration of the old asphalt,the theory that asphalt is a colloidal structure,asphalt aging lead to colloidal composition changes make the colloids out of balance,the regeneration process is to add components to reduce the part of the colloid balance The change of the basic performance parameters of the asphalt material before and after aging and the effect of the regenerant on the basic properties of the aged asphalt were determined by experiment.The amount of the regenerant was about 14%.The aged asphalt,which is similar to the old asphalt,was obtained by the experimental method.The adhesion between the asphalt,the asphalt and the aged asphalt and the aggregate was measured by the self-designed tensile shear test method.The results show that the adhesion of aged(RTFOT 85min + PAV 20h)is much greater than that of matrix asphalt and recycled asphalt,and the adhesion of recycled asphalt is slightly larger than that of matrix asphalt.In this paper,the road performance of matrix asphalt,recycled asphalt and aging(RTFOT 85min + PAV 20h)asphalt mixture was studied experimentally.The high temperature performance of the asphalt mixture was studied by rutting test.The water stability was explored by immersed Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The fatigue properties of the composites were investigated by MTS testing machine.The results show that the asphalt with good adhesion is good,and the high temperature performance of the corresponding mixture is also good.The high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of recycled asphalt mixes meet the specification requirements.
