| Since the reform and opening up,the highway construction in China is rapid,the total scale of the national highway network planning scheme is about 400 thousand kilometers,and the construction of highway construction in China has entered the stage of building and raising.In response to the construction of "resource-saving society" and "environment-friendly society",energy conservation and emission reduction and "green transportation" are necessary for the development of asphalt pavement regeneration technology.At present,it seems that the best plant mixing heat regeneration technology is limited to RAP content,the relevant specification stipulates that the dosage of RAP is 15%-30%,the dosage of RAP is limited,and its economy and environmental protection do not reach the best.In this paper,SMC room temperature modifier can not only achieve normal temperature mixing and ensure road performance,but also increase the amount of RAP to 60%.Firstly,the concept of room temperature was explained,and the composition and performance index of SMC room temperature modifier and SMC normal temperature modified asphalt were determined.Then,the gradation design of SMC-16 normal temperature recycled asphalt mixture was carried out.The power function model was selected,the key sieve holes were selected,the gradation curve was constructed,the gradation design was designed,and a series method of grading design based on the most close state of the mineral material was obtained.At last,the performance of high RAP content SMC regenerated mixture at normal temperature was studied by indoor test.The performance meets the requirements of technical index,and the performance of high temperature and low temperature is good. |
