Based on the research of the design of a key start and stop program of the unit,this paper analyzes the application status of the self-starting and stopping control system of the thermal power unit at home and abroad,and analyzes the function and design scheme of the system with reference to the engineering experience of a key start-stop unit,then presents a preliminary design plan of Shenhua Guohua Guangtou Beihai Power 2 × 1000 MW new construction from Automatic Plant Start-up and Shut-down System.By introducing the principle of APS hierarchical structure,the main logic design and function,it analyzes the application characteristics of analog quantity adjustment,digital sequence control and automatic interlocking in the same system,and the difficulties that affect the automation of APS process;in order to realize the system control from the unit control of the equipment to the process flow,and then to the integrated function of the unit control automatic,to develop a logical control strategy that complies with the whole process and all inputs.This paper mainly introduces the main research contents in this project design,the overall framework of APS,the design scope,the hierarchical structure and the concrete design of the interface interface of the man-machine interface,the interface design of the process system,the design of the equipment selection,the start-up process and the outage process Breakpoint settings;fuel,smoke,water supply control and advanced control algorithm.The ultimate goal is to high starting point,high standards and high quality to achieve unit APS,reduce the unit Kai,stop the process of manual operation,improve the unit automation control and safe operation level.
