With the continuous development of thermal power enterprises,thermal power industry in China in terms of technology and equipment has a great progress and improve.Especially in recent years the ultra supercritical units and the rapid development of the supercritical unit is driven by thermal power technology updates.At present,our country has a large number of mega kilowatt unit parallel operation,the large capacity of ultra-supercritical units and supercritical units into large quantities and complex control and operation parameters.The operation of the large-scale thermal power units,the operation is relatively complex,especially the thermal power unit start-up rely on manual operation personnel are prone to accidents caused by wrong operation,the safe and economic operation of the unit have a huge threat,therefore,to solve the automatic start-stop control system research has important engineering significance and practical value.Based on the Qinghai regional power grid construction and development status and regional electricity load characteristics and the development of predictive analysis on of CPI Xining 2 × 660MW thermal power plant force electricity access system of the research and design,including the proposed user change the program and the public network change 5 kinds of access schemes programs for different design options for detailed analysis and comparison of the technical,economic and investment estimation,etc.,on the basis of different access schemes to finalize a comprehensive analysis of the optimal building program.Meanwhile,this paper thermal power plant automatic start-stop system has been studied for automatic start and stop apparatus thermal power plant carried out a detailed design,the design range of automatic start-stop system,design principles were introduced on this basis start breakpoints,stop breakpoints were designed,automatic start and stop of the interface devices and other equipment designed.In this paper the access system scheme is successfully applied to the engineering practice,which indicates that the scheme is correct and reliable.APS of power plant can effectively improve the level of automatic control system,and provide reference for the actual project construction.
