| With equipments improvement of thermal power generating units and constantly upgrading of their parameters and capacity, coupling with the application of energy-saving scheduling and depth of peaking power operating mode, higher requirement for the automation level of thermal power units is put forward. Therefore, automatic power plant start-up and shut-down system, as the the highest level thermal power automatic control system control functions which effectively improved the level of automation, drew more and more people’s attention. The combustion control system as an important part of power plant boiler side, should adopt auto start-stop control technology, which should be designed into a automatic control system which can implement the function of auto start-up and shut-down, be incorporated into APS control system of the entire unit and complete the coordination of various system. All of these strageties run together to achieve thermal power unit APS throughout the process.The main contents of this study include three parts: the design of combustion control system APS, full-process control of combustion control system and the application of APS technology in combustion control system. Combustion control system is an important part of thermal power boiler control side, which includes the fuel system and the air and gas system. Thus, the two systems are the main designed target in combustion control system to start-up and shut-down function group. Because of the complexity of full-process control on combustion control system, which is divided into the fuel control system and the air and gas system to be analysed. Finally, taking cited fan system as example, respectively, from these aspects of the project design phase, APS designs, APS control system configuration and control systems commissioning, the APS technology implementation process in the combustion control system is introduced. |
