In a waste power plant,the part of incineration is significant for the efficient and emission product of whole the waste power.Therefore,the research and design of incinerating deviece select,control of the part of incineration may be crucial for improving the efficient of power generation, air-pollution control and raising the automation control level.According to the characteristics of the municipal solid waste in our country,this article proposed several principles for incineration technology and incinerator furnace select and some influencing factors of incineration efficient.Besides,it takes a practical waste incineration power plant as example to research the automating start-up/shutdown,according to the grade control principle,applying the FBD to design the automating start-up/shutdown programs and describing it by Petri-net and the simulated it.In this way,it can prove that these design and programs are perfect accepted can be used to decrease the manual intervention and prove the control level.
