With the development and perfection of “big run” system of state grid corporation,power grid scheduling and whole works of equipment operation resources carried out steadily and running business integration work of transmission operation and power grid schedule operation progressed steadily.It has great significance for enhancing the ability to control the power grid and the ability to optimize resources allocation in a wide range to carry out the centralized monitoring of substation equipment operation and on-line monitoring and analyzing business of power transmission and transformation equipment condition and to achieve the integration of regulation.Provincial regulation and control of Anhui province is professionally responsible for the monitoring operation of seventeen 500 k V substation equipment state and online monitoring analysis business of transformation equipment.Provincial regulation and control personnel should not only monitor 500 k V substation centralized monitoring data 24 hours,but monitor power transmission and transformation equipment online monitoring system for all kinds of state information.At present,the state of power transmission and transformation equipment online monitoring system integrates in the PM S system,which accesses scheduling third district in the form of WEB and is unable to display alarm function for equipment layer partition.The D5000 system which is used to monitor substation equipment is located in the first district.Surveillance infor mation and monitoring information are located in different safe zones and displayed on different screens,which is not suitable for centralized monitoring.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of monitoring running,it is necessary to integrate the information of online monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment in PMS to the scheduling first district.The purpose is to classify the alarm signal,classify all kinds of signal and realize automatic alarm picture for all kinds of signal or alarm window display of control system.Based on the above,this paper carried out the state online monitoring information of power transmission and transformation equipment and the D5000 system docking strategy research.The main research work is as follows:(1)Study the system requirements of the state online monitoring information of power transmission and transformation equipment and the D5000 system docking,including interface requirements,functional requirements and non-function requirements.(2)According to the content and requirements of design and system requirement,function design and database design of system are done.Function design includes data acquisition module and function module.The main purpose of database design is to definite,access,transfer,and manage the data of online monitoring information.(3)Testing the completed design system,the test content mainly includes the remote sensing information display,remote communication information query,alarm suppression settings and power transmission and transformation equipment configuration.On the basis of test results,whether the system has realized the fusion of online monitoring alarm information of power transmission and transformation equipment condition and D5000 system monitoring alarm information,the classification of alarm information and other signals,automatic alarm picture for all kinds of signal or alarm window display of control system,and the function of message alarm,sound alarm and query statistics of al arm information.(4)Commissioning the completed design and test system,the purpose is to find the ignored problems during design and test and solve the problems by all means.(5)The system can be applied to the actual power grid after commissioning and problem solution,but the use of the system should be illustrated in detail before application to avoid unnecessary problems due to monitoring personnel improper operation.Summary of each chapter is at the end of each chapter,and all the research and achievement is extracted at the end of this article.Development prospect in the field of research is prospected and the future research direction and research focus is pointed out.
