The distribution network is directly connected with the user terminal,many kinds of loads,the power grid structure is complex,especially the fault line of single-phase grounding fault is very difficult to find,if the fault cannot be ruled out,will reduce the reliability of power grid operation,affecting the operation of the whole grid.Under this background,it is very important to reduce the scope of fault diagnosis of distribution lines,improve the level and efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the distribution network,and ensure the safety,reliability and economic operation of the distribution network.The integrated monitoring system of intelligent distribution line based on Beidou is on the line through the installation of fault line fault indicator will feedback to the master system,realize the fault active reporting,the Beidou satellite system to obtain enough clock synchronization signal,and synchronization in the whole system,fast fault locating in high security.This paper studies the line intelligent distribution network comprehensive monitoring information system based on Beidou system consists of the main station;the distribution network of Beidou communication network,digital fault indicator,this paper makes a detailed study of the three blocks.A new digital fault indicator with Beidou communication module is developed.The digital fault indicator capable of detecting short-circuit fault,grounding fault,over-current or overload limit and power outages,the communication is divided into two parts,one is the digital fault indicator and Beidou communication terminal communication,the other is the Beidou communication terminal and communication station.Beidou communication module is built with baseband chip,RF chip,low noise amplifier and a power amplifier.The module realizes the positioning and communication functions by configuring the external devices.The Beidou communication network based on short message is designed.Based on analyzing the Beidou satellite navigation system,short message communication mechanism of the characteristics and limitations of the algorithm,the reliable transmission of Beidou short message communication is designed,are designed to send and receive process,response process and packet loss process,the sending end and receiving end of the program flow chart are given.On the dynamic networking mode based on Beidou short message is studied,the method requires self-built Beidou satellite data center,data center and the Beidou communication terminal to form a star network structure,the data center for each terminal to provide data transmission and data push service.The application functions of the system master station are developed.The main station receives the fault information data and the positioning information data sent by the Beidou satellite communication network,stores and processes the data.This paper expounds the general goal of master station function development,the communication mode of the master station and the main work flow of the main station.The main functions of the master station system are: system management,line current early warning settings,graphics management,data query,pre-communication software functions and background monitoring software functions.Finally,the system function module is realized,and the practical application of the system is illustrated.The system can shorten the response time,save the resources,improve the efficiency and reliability of power supply network,it is a comprehensive application of smart grid technology,and has broad application prospects.The system can effectively shorten the response time,save manpower and material resources,improve the level and efficiency of the operation and maintenance for distribution network,and has broad prospects.
