Hardness measurement is an important indicator of the production process and quality inspection.In the past,the precision of the portable hardness tester is low and the stability is poor.Precision is generally between 1%-5%,while the hardness of the hardness of the hardness of the general hardness of the desktop,the measurement environment is not flexible enough,and in the field when the operation can not be harsh working conditions,adaptability and instrument portability The Therefore,the purpose of the system design is to achieve the Richter hardness measurement and unit conversion on the basis of not only to reduce their development costs,but also the instrument body can do single-handed operation,user-friendly to carry on-site testing.In addition the system also joined the LCD display data,you can save the historical data,query and live print function to meet the different needs of users.In the pre-demand analysis phase,the first consideration is the chip selection problem,in order to meet the requirements of portable low power consumption,for the system core selected ARM Cortex-M4 series of processors.The Cortex-M4 family of chips is highly configurable and designed for medical,industrial and consumer products with the advantages of high level of integration and high performance.Taking into account the development cycle,efficiency and cost and other factors,for the system selected ST STMicroelectronics introduced the Cortex M4 architecture based on STM32F4 series of embedded processors.ST company not only in the rapid development of chip performance,but also in the chip promotion,development made a lot of effort,making the user and enterprise research and development work more smoothly.The system uses STM32 internal built-in AD acquisition module for data acquisition,and use the I2 C bus,USART serial bus,FSMC static storage control module,NVIC interrupt vector priority setting and EXTI external interrupt with STEmwin interface display library and so on,combined with the corresponding logic and timing operations,together to complete the function of the entire system.And the measured data through a series of algorithms corresponding to the algorithm after the display to the LCD screen,but also makes the instrument operator can more directly get the desired results,the operation is more humane.After the completion of the entire hardness of the system,will be in the standard test block on the accuracy test,respectively,in the standard 500 test block and 799 test block on a large number of repetitive measurements in the detection system accuracy,but also the stability of the system made a very high demand.Analysis of the test results,based on STM32 internal high-speed ADC design portable.Leeb hardness tester can reach 0.5%,with the market in the sale of precision of 1% to 5% hardness tester compared to the accuracy also increased.And the system in real-time data printing and LCD screen display are better than the market's Richter hardness tester equipment,has a strong competitive advantage in the market.The measurement of the instrument is also applicable to the more accurate detection environment.To achieve a low power,high precision,low cost of reliable hardness data acquisition.
