Mechanical vibration tester is the instrument to detect mechanical vibration,which can detect the vibration displacement,velocity,acceleration vibration frequency and amplitude and other vibration characteristics,these characteristics of the vibration analysis is of great significance,which can be used to detect machine failure.Mechanical vibration research is a critical part of the various systems,So it is particularly important for vibration test,the vibration signal processing and analysis.This article is to design a kind of vibration signal acquisition,processing and analysis of the mechanical vibration tester.Test experimental structure is a simply.supported beam,which was simulated vibration excitation,and the AD module collects the vibration signal of the sensor,and through the SPI serial communication protocol and the CPU communication,which the collected vibration signals to the CPU.The CPU can via a serial port to upload the date which CPU receive the data to the host computer,in order to analysis and process the data by the host computer.AD module uses 8 18-bit AD7609 acquisition chip for data acquisition,which is controlled by STM32F103VET6 chip of STMicroelectronics,and uploads the collected data to the virtual instrument LabVIEW.The Lab VIEW software can complete real-time display,the time domain and frequency domain analysis and data storage,and other functions,and the real-time analysis of the vibration test of the simply supported beam is completed well.Finally,The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the experimental equipment,and the first three natural frequencies and the related mode shapes are obtained.This design uses STM32 processor and LabVIEW technology integrated application in the field of vibration testing which can save the hardware costs,the system maintenance,improvement and functional expansion is very convenient.The system has high precision and fast calculation speed,and can collect the vibration data. |
