| The subject comes from a spacecraft environmental health monitoring system, in order toacquire and record the multi-channel noise signal of the spacecraft in flight, recovery andanalysis the data after the end of the flight, which study and design a multi-channel noiseacquisition and recording device. The device is of the test equipment acquisition and storagearea and the large-capacity solid recorder and research area.The multi-channel noise acquisition and recording device is consisted of an acquisitionand storage module, an interface module and a power module. The data sampling rate of thedevice which uses a14-bit ADC is48Msps. Sampling accuracy reaches5‰with8-bit validdata of the chips and the data storage capacity can reach60GByte. The interface module ofthe device receives commands by using the1553B bus interface, transmits data with theEthernet protocol. Using the inside three-way bus which can be stacked to communicatebetween the various modules.This paper conducts an investigation about the research status and development trend ofdomestic and international data recorder. According to the technical requirements gathering,give full consideration to the needs of the practical application of the device to determine thefeasibility of the design. For problems arising in the implementation process gives thetheoretical analysis and solutions.This paper studied and elaborated the emphasis and difficulty of the hardware circuitdesign and the software logic design, described the overall design of the device. Detailedtheoretical analysis and practical design the device focus on multi-channel A/D acquisitiontechnology, FLASH data storage technology, power outages continued storage technology,signal conditioning, communication link reliability design.Finally, the text on the device performance testing, and test data analysis and calculations,verify that the device complies with the design of performance indicators, which has a high precision, large capacity, high integration, small size, low power consumption, high reliabilityand easy operation. |
