The main work done in this paper is as follows:In 1,under the premise of existing TBM cutter prediction theory the paper fixed project total wear prediction formula and the prediction formula was verified,the final conclusion: the comprehensive project total wear which predicted by the integrated radial wear coefficient and track wear coefficient relative to the axial wear coefficient more close to the actual amount of wear.2,this paper proposes a kind of tools,"disc cutter chain",which is used to analysis the scheme of changing knife disc knife,put forward some index of the disc cutter chain,"curvature" and "outstanding",is used to evaluate the installation disc knife area flat surface degree,and put forward for overturning moment balance index "anti overturning moment coefficient”,gives calculation formula of evaluation index and give the solving method of “unreasonable tool number".Then use ABAQUS finite element software to establish the rock breaking model to verify the correctness of "curvature","outstanding" evaluation index which is defined in cutter chain,get a conclusion : the curvature in a region is more smaller the disc cutter's load of the region more evenly,the outstanding in a region is more smaller the disc cutter's load of the region more evenly.Finally,combined with all the evaluation indexes,the optimization scheme of tool change is put forward.3.The optimization system of disc cutter changing is designed.The structure is three parts: lower computer,upper computer and data processing end.The system has 4 main functions: 1.In the case of test driving section,predict the total wear amount of the project and the distance about the next tool change.2,in the case of no test driving section,through the concept of rock tool library put forward in this paper,predict the total wear amount of the project and the distance about the next tool change.3,through each disc cutter state information to calculate the cutter changing optimal scheme 4,on-line monitoring of abnormal wear of disc cutter,a cutter achieve abnormal wear can be immediately clear,stop machine and change cutter,prevent abnormal wear of cutter damage to other cutter.4,each module and function of the cutter changing optimization system are tested,and its availability is verified.
