Power dispatching automation system is an important part of power system,is to ensure that the power system security,high quality and economic operation and the operation of the electric power market infrastructure,and is to improve the power system operation leve l of the important technical means.At present,in accordance with the national network of "three-five" system construction overall requirements,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status,fully sum up the pilot work,launched a comprehensive "big operation" system construction,in the county level dispatching the progressive implementation of the construction of the integration of cities and counties.Electric power dispatching automation system is one of the core automation system in power network.In order to adapt to the new requirements,the integration of the power dispatching automation system should be adjusted.Therefore,this paper is based on the Huang-Shan power grids,expand the analysis and research of unified city and county dispatching automation system.The main content is as follows:(1)Review of the current regional power grid dispatching automation centralized scheduling,the county and the necessity of the construction of regional integration scheduling.(2)The integrated system model and frame structure,discusses two important issues in the county integration system: the integration system under the power control problem of acquisition technology and application of voltage and reactive power based on.(3)Research on reactive po wer and voltage regulation technology in integrated system.This paper adopts two stage voltage-reactive power regulation strategy: first,from the perspective of direct voltage,control strategy using hierarchical partition,the establishment of automatic voltage control system of the whole network integration,the global optimization of reactive power and voltage control,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by case.(4)Secondly,considering the distributed voltage compensation in situ angle design of reactive power compensation device STATCOM,introduces the compensation principle of the device,and the validity of local compensation are proved by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.This paper studies the dispatching automation syste m based on the integration of the county,and the implementation of application in Huang-Shan power grid.The system can fully realize counties system data resources,technical resources,equipment resources sharing,effectively save manpower maintenance costs and the cost of system construction,greatly improve the dispatching automation system reliability,to generate interest in power grid development,operation and management,to provide powerful technical support and guarantee.
