The power quality problem in the low-voltage power distribution area has always been one of the difficult problems to be solved in the power system.With the continuous development of social economy,the power load is growing rapidly,and the requirements for power supply systems are increasing.With the increasing awareness of services,power grid companies are paying more and more attention to the problem of power quality in the low-voltage distribution area.The issue of power quality management has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years.In this paper,the phenomenon of low terminal voltage,low line loss and reduced transformer operating efficiency caused by three-phase load unbalance in low-voltage station area and under-reactive power at the end of the line is proposed.The reactive power compensation using TSC-like composite switch control is proposed.Capacitor group combined with three-level STATCOM(static var generator),active adjustment and reactive power compensation at the end of each branch.The three-phase active power phase-to-phase transfer technique is elaborated,and an optimization algorithm combining active balance adjustment and reactive power compensation is proposed,as well as a com'bination of staged TSC reactive compensation and stepless STATCOM reactive compensation.On this basis,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the exit controller and the branch end management device of the station,including the ARM Cortex-M series architecture MCU as the core,and the RTOS embedded real-time system as the software architecture controller platform.Taking TI's TMS320F28335 DSP as the core,IGBT is the branch-side integrated management device of power device,adopts power line carrier communication technology,and expounds the system software architecture and operation algorithm.Finally,the paper also tests the power quality management device developed and analyzes the test results.The operation results show that it meets the design requirements and the treatment effect is obvious.
