| Global warming is a major challenge which the world is facing in the 21 st century,and it is threatening the survival and development of human deeply.Actively react to the climate change and reducing the greenhouse gas is a major strategy for China’s economic progress and social development.The transportation sector consumes a lot of fossil fuels every year,which is one of the main sources of greenhouse gas,so it has become a key factor for the reduction of energy conservation and greenhouse gas emissions.The specific form of urban transport system has a direct impact on the number of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission of urban traffic.To change the traditional development mode of urban traffic,to optimize the transportation system,and to build low-carbon transport development mode is an effective way to reduce the number of urban transport energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,and it is one of urban transport’s development direction in the future.There is a lot of commonalities between hub cities in the economic development,the traffic geography,the traffic passenger flow and so,but there is no specialized research of the transportation system and low-carbon transport development model of hub cities.Firstly,this paper analyzed the influence of natural environment,land use status,economic development level and the characteristics of various modes of transportation to urban transportation system,and the difference of the influencing factors of the transportation system between the hub city and the ordinary city,what provides theoretical preparation for the optimization of hub city transportation system.Secondly,expounded the development mode of low-carbon transportation in developed countries and domestic cities,and analyzed the background of low-carbon transportation system in different cities,which provides a reference for low-carbon optimization of hub city transportation system.Then,this paper measured the carbon dioxide emissions from passenger traffic in the main urban area of Chongqing based on the data of passenger traffic and the basic calculation method of the "bottom-up" measurement method,In order to provide help for judging the key factors of the low-carbon transport optimization,and provided the necessary data support for the establishment and application of the hub city traffic optimization model.Then,taking into account the various factors influencing the passenger traffic in the hub city,taking the factors such as land use,traffic demand,policy guidance,energy consumption and environmental protection as the constraint condition,the total capacity of passenger transportation is optimized as the optimization target,constructed the optimization model of passenger traffic and used the model to optimize the passenger traffic of the hub city of Chongqing.Finally,based on the present situation of passenger transport development in China’s hub city and the present situation of passenger transport carbon emissions,draws lessons from the experience of low-carbon transportation development both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the strategy of low-carbon optimization of urban transportation system from aspects of land use,traffic mode,traffic technology and traffic policy,and provide reference for low-carbon transportation policy of China’s transportation hub city. |
