Research On The Traffic Organization Of The New Urban Region In Medium And Small City

In recent years,with the continuous development of urbanization of the medium and small city,and gradually expanding about city scale and people,traffic,logistics,traffic demand is rapidly expanding,at the same time,traffic pressure is also becoming more and more higher,the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious,especially the problem of traffic congestion,which has gradually evolved from big cities to the medium and small cities.The old city,which road network structure has been confirmed,can't increase supply,and just uses demand management to ease traffic congestion.But the construction of new urban region,not only can transfer the transportation of people and traffic,but also reduce traffic congestion,speed up the development of the city,so the construction of the new urban region gets rapidly growth.New urban region can solve the traffic problems from the two aspects of traffic supply and traffic demand,so we need to take effective traffic organization plan ahead of time to avoid new traffic problems.City traffic organization can efficiently promote the local traffic running,it also can drive the whole area of rational traffic organization,so it is very important for modern urban traffic system.In this paper,through the method of theory combined with practice,on the premise of summarizing the domestic and foreign development situation,the new characteristics of road network,traffic flow characteristics and operation theory and the knowledge of traffic organization were analyzed systematically.Based on this,this paper analyzed the key problems of domain traffic organization including the regional traffic flow operation,microcirculation city traffic system and the way of intersection traffic control as so on;In theory,according to the current traffic organization theory,principle of macro and micro,and regional traffic organization,the essay carried on the analysis and summary,classify classification,analysis characteristics and useful conditions,and it improved the current method and put forward the new transport organization mode —— "mixed traffic + microcirculation",optimized the evaluation and selection of saturation,and other indicators.In the concrete practice,according to the specific problem of traffic organization,combined with local actual situation,proposed including regional road traffic organization optimization,intersection traffic organization optimization such as the main content of regional traffic organization optimization scheme and measures,and to evaluate the effect of the scheme.On the basis of the example,aimed at the qijiang count of Chongqing urban district traffic organization related optimization strategy was proposed,in order to provide necessary reference.
