Research On Cost Control And Riskassessment Technology Of Chongqing Tofuling Expressway Overhaul Project

Expressway overhaul as the final form of the expressway maintenance,the overhaul cost control is influenced by many aspects,with the new expressway construction cost control exist difference,through the study of the risk assessment of overhaul project cost control,cost control measures are put forward,and can provide technical reference for overhaul project cost control,in addition to provide a theoretical basis for overhaul project scheme selection.Firstly,Study,first of all,on the basis of field investigation and analysis of research status at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in overhaul project cost control,in view of the cost of risk assessment and control,risk assessment and research on the current cost control theory foundation is analyzed,including the expressway maintenance engineering cost implications,expressway maintenance engineering classification,the grey system theory,the multiple attribute group decision making method,the life cycle cost analysis and value engineering theory,based on the analysis of overhaul project,the above method has carried on the correction and adjustment,analyses the feasibility of risk evaluation and control method.Using the grey system theory and correlation analysis method,in view of the bidding,construction organization,construction machinery,artificial,construction method and the change of market,high-level decision-making,organization and management,the design level 9 kinds of overhaul project cost control influence factors in the evaluation,finally it is concluded that the key influencing factors,namely,the construction method,organization and management and design level,and cost control risk assessment system was established.With Chongqing-Fuling expressway overhaul project cost evaluation,analyzed the project basic situation and the organization structure,using the method of multiple attribute group decision making for different decision-making influence factors are analyzed,and finally on Chongqing-Fuling expressway cost risk evaluation,construction method,organization and management as key control indexes and design level.The application of the theory of value engineering and cost control measuressuggested,to Chongqing-Fuling expressway pavement,traffic organization,construction safety,traffic emergency repair and resource organization guarantee for the application and optimization of validation,finally through the acceptance of the project.Through this research,can provide theoretical reference for subsequent overhaul project cost control and technical support.
