Because our country has a large area of the permafrost region,in the summer high temperature season,to prevent the surface layer temperature transfer to permafrost subgrade failure of the subgrade,pavement,therefore has good heat insulation performance in highway construction,how to improve the insulation performance of concrete pavement has become a problem to be solved.With a large number of fly ash emissions,serious pollution of our part of the city,causing a serious impact on the ecological environment and people's lives,but also has the potential economic value of fly ash,fly ash for concrete,can effectively improve the concrete workability;can effectively reduce the heat conduction coefficient of ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete reach,heat insulation,the ceramsite used in special highway construction has very good prospects.Based on the existing mix calculation basis,by changing the amount of ceramsite,adding superplasticizer and fly ash,orthogonal test,impact test of fly ash,aggregate,water cement ratio on the compressive strength and flexural strength,is conducive to find optimal dosage groups of ceramsite concrete mixed with fly ash of strong points meet,prepared with fly ash ceramsite concrete performance requirements LC40 concrete pavement pavement construction workability and mechanics.The thermal conductivity of fly ash ceramsite concrete and ordinary concrete were studied,respectively 0.608W/(M-K)and 1.363W/(M-K),two kinds of concrete the measured temperature distribution inside the two concrete variation of the internal temperature of the concrete is similar to that of fly ash ceramsite insulation better insulation performance.The maximum temperature in the specification of maximum temperature warping stress calculation formula of two kinds of concrete warping stress,the maximum temperature of fly ash ceramsite concrete pavement warping stress is 0.9006 MPa,the maximum temperature of concrete pavement warping stress 1.6229MPa;through ANSYS modeling and analysis of fly ash ceramsite concrete and ordinary concrete pavement temperature field and temperature the stress field,the maximum temperature of fly ash ceramsite concrete pavement stress is 0.8352 MPa,the maximum temperature of Concrete Pavement Stress 1.5977MPa;fly ash ceramsite concrete pavement maximum temperature stress deformation is 0.48316 mm,the maximum temperature of concretepavement stress deformation is 0.84074 mm,the maximum temperature of two kinds of pavement stress the deformation appeared in the middle position of road surface;the maximum temperature of concrete with fly ash ceramsite stress and maximum temperature stress The deformation is less than that of ordinary concrete,the design of fly ash ceramsite concrete pavement can be widened.This paper also studies the other way of fly ash ceramsite concrete and ordinary concrete properties,including wear resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,impermeability,little abrasion resistance difference of concrete with fly ash ceramsite and ordinary concrete,can meet the requirements of road concrete with fly ash ceramsite,freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability are better than ordinary concrete.
