Concrete material has been widely used in road engineering, and strong influenced by temperature.Many diseases appeared As the temperature, directly affected the performance of road, the performance of light, heat preservation, heat insulation can change the impact of temperature on concrete, reduce the occurrence of concrete pavement diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to thorough research for the foam concrete.In this paper, starting from the choice of materials, through the development of the introduction of air bubbles modified to a new type of road material, its principal include the following three areas: (1) In understanding the nature of various kinds of modifier and use the basis, combined to the demand of improving the flexural strength and shrinkage , development of fly ash, three kinds of air-entraining agentes (AE2, BT-4006, ZY-99) and three water reducing agentes (UNF-1 High efficient naphthalene water reducing agent, BT-4008, Wood calcium) to prepare air-entraining cement mortar. Through range analysis of orthogonal design, The influence law of various factors and the addition on cement mortar of the properties have been affected and sort to its impact, microscopic observation and analysis applying high-powered electron microscope on different micro air entraining mortar.(2) For the characteristics of high strength and small shrinkage , dense framework structure of maximum diameter of 19mm was chosen to concrete mix design, through concrete shrinkage test, the affectes of various factors on strength and thermal conductivity, obtaine the optimum air content and water-binder ratio and the content of coal fly ash.(3) In the given boundary conditions and different plate lengthes case,and In entraining Concrete Pavement curing, through the theory of finite element ,it is calculated and analyzed on the tensile stress because of the shrinkage and temperature-warping stress. The results show that the temperature warping stress of air entraining concrete is less than the reference concrete's to the same plate, but the flexural strength is higher than the reference concrete's.Through this study can be achieved on the entraining mortar and air entraining (foam) concrete have more full understanding,provide test basis to air-entrained concrete promotion applications , and provide a new ideas for highway pavement construction.
