The keyto which ensure the structure of cement concrete pavement of long-term performance is controling the occurrence of panels and joints of structural damage. Carrying out the three-dimensional research of cement concrete pavement,building a three-dimensional finite element model and identifying the law of correlation of the size and thickness of cement concrete pavement have great significances to optimize the structural design and minimize the current domestic damages of cement concrete pavements.Based on the related literature at home and abroad and research achievements,as the cement concrete pavement for research object, the thesis uses the finite element software ANSYS, analysises the convergence, determines the critical load bit,analysis the pavement surface temperature field,makes the plain size and thickness an the main parameters,with three-dimensional eight-node element,analysis the warping stress and temperature stress of the pavement,reach the influence of stress of different plane sizes, different board thicknesses, different elastic modulus of panels and different thickness and modulus of the subbase on,as well as the influence law of stress of the dowel bar. The temperature waring stress produces as the linear distribution along the thickness, actually, the distribution of the temperature is non-linear along the thickness,the thesis analysises the stress caused by the temperature's non-linear distribution along the direction of thickness , geting the different temperature stress calculation formulas of different boundary. Because the early strength is not high of the new pouring concrete, drying shrinkage or temperature contraction may lead to cracking of the surface appears. Analysis of the control panel by the uniform shrinkage stress. Finally, in principle of the design specification, considering the load stress, temperature stress,internal stress and shrinkage stress,recommensthe relevance of thickness and the size of the plane,getting the different range of thickness corresponding to a reasonable size of the plane.
