Semi flexible composite pavement,it is in the big open graded pore matrix asphalt mixture pavement,made with cement as the main component of mucilage compound formed a kind of pavement.Semi flexible composite pavement is higher than that of cement concrete pavement flexible and higher than the stiffness of asphalt concrete pavement,has the advantages of asphalt pavement and cement road surface and blocked the two shortcomings,therefore,on the development and application research has great realistic significance and broad prospects for development.Half-and-half flexible composite pavement is studied,this paper first using orthogonal experiment design method and theory,through the indoor test determine the optimal mix proportion of asphalt mixture matrix structure,summarize the amount of filling process and determine grouting cement mortar,for half of flexible composite pavement structure provides good prerequisites.Key research in this paper the temperature factors,half of flexible composite pavement materials in suitable mixture ratio,dosage of admixture,molding process and maintenance method etc.,under the condition of half through orthogonal test road of flexible composite pavement is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation,analysis of the temperature change half-and-half flexible composite pavement performance change.Temperature rise,high temperature stability of the flexible composite pavement is reduced.Semi flexible composite pavement materials in forty-five temperature water stability is the best.Half the cleavage strength of flexible composite pavement when test temperature for negative ten temperature,the cleavage strength reached maximum,destroy the stiffness modulus is increasing with lower temperature.Half the abrasion value of flexible composite pavement vary with temperature rise,at forty temperature to sixty temperature stage,half the wear-resisting performance of flexible composite pavement is better.Through indoor test and theoretical analysis,this paper when the journey in the different temperature stages and with the performance test,the mother asphalt mixture and cement slurry on destroying the consistency is not unified,for the destruction of the composites due to temperature change.This paper analyzes the semi flexible composite pavement damage condition,it is concluded that crack is the main failure modes,and then probes into the its cracking failure mechanism,combined with the conventional pavement design methods at home and abroad,puts forward the new design method of pavement structure,namely tensile stress as the design index and vertical compressive strain on the surface of the subgrade as checking index.For the next half a flexible application of composite pavement technology laid a foundation.
