| The urban utility tunnel is a modernized,intensive and comprehensive integrated resource transportation system which is suitable for the future urban development needs.It played an important role in ensuring the realization of urban basic service function,convenient urban residents’ living and improving urban space layout.Since the 19 th century,the development process of the urban utility has proved its great potential in urban development.A variety of pipes and cables are concentrated in the complex utility tunnel system which many potential security risks are hidden in,and once these hidden dangers are triggered,the consequences are very serious.The safety mechanism of the utility tunnel is complicated and changeable,therefore,the security is a problem that can not be neglected in the future construction and operation.The safety identification and evaluation system of the urban utility tunnel was researched,analyzed and established through data analysis,theoretical model and data demonstration.All the work was based on the research and application of “Security planning technology for underground utility tunnel in the mountainous city”.(1)A complete urban utility tunnel system architecture was established based on the research of basic elements of the utility tunnel.Then,based on the Kent law method,the safety risk and influencing factors of the urban utility tunnel system were studied and categorized,the basic events and characteristics of the safety accident was clarified,the formation of accident identification system was established,four basic accidents were cleared,and the accident tree basic model was created.(2)Based on the modern emergency management method and the event evolution model,the evolution path and regularity of the four basic accidents and five evolution accidents in the city integrated corridor were analyzed,and mechanism figure was constructed.Based on the evolution mechanism and risk matrix,the risk model of urban utility tunnel safety accident was proposed,and the risk accident value of nine kinds of accident general conditions were calibrated according to the "risk matrix-graph theory-AHP scale".(3)The evaluation system of safety status and impact consequence was constructed according to the object of evaluation,purpose and method which was based on the mechanism of risk identification and evolution.And the safety evaluation system of urban utility tunnel size and structural design was constructed respectively according to the gray clustering analysis and evaluation method and the technical specification,On the basis of the evaluation of the security status,the judgment model of accident consequence which integrated the methods of international security and synthesize the factors such as population,property,design,compensation and accident was established.(4)The planning and design scheme of the proposed integrated corridor of the proposed city were analyzed and evaluated with the comprehensive evaluation system of urban utility tunnel used,and the safety grading of the evaluation object was obtained.Safe,efficient and convenient city resource transportation system is the national,social advocacy of the basic facilities,urban utility tunnel safety risk identification and evaluation system for the establishment of integrated corridor construction,operation and maintenance have a certain Theoretical guidance and practical reference value,to a certain extent,to promote the comprehensive management of security corridor. |
