Dump truck is a special category of transport vehicles,by virtue of its all the mechanization of the advantages of loading and unloading process,usually cooperates with a variety of construction machinery joint,and plays an important role in the construction.The lifting mechanism is the core part of the unloading operation of the dump truck,and the performance of the control system is very important for the loading and unloading of the dump truck.This paper analyzes the market prospects of dump trucks domestic and abroad,and the research status of the lifting mechanism and the control system of the dump truck.It summarizes the problems such as the complicated operation,the lack of stability and the lack of safety in the traditional control system of the lifting mechanism.In view of these problems,through analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different vehicle controller,summing up the previous research results and combined with the current new technology,the paper adopts PLC technology to research and develop the electric control system of the dump truck lifting mechanism.First of all,the paper puts forward the T-type lifting mechanism as the research object for the heavy duty dump truck with good market prospect.The force analysis of the lifting mechanism,the use of MATLAB to solve the work of the cylinder load situation,to determine the lifting of the compartment and the hydraulic system operating parameters.Then,the hydraulic control system of the traditional dump truck is analyzed.On the basis of the original hydraulic system,the new hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism is designed,the main components of the hydraulic system are determined,and the hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed by AMESim software.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the lifting mechanism system,the functional requirements of the lifting mechanism control system are determined.According to the system control needs,select the Siemens S7-200 series of control system PLC type,determine the PLC hardware configuration.Choose the appropriate angle sensor,the design angle monitoring device,the lift when the car and sub-frame angle to monitor.According to the design requirements of the lifting mechanism controlsystem,the ladder program of manual operation and automatic operation is designed respectively.Using the S7-200 simulation software Simulation1.2,on the PC to complete the control of the lifting mechanism control program to ensure that the control program to meet the requirements,to meet the control requirements of the ladder program;use TKPLC-2 programmable controller In the simulation experiment,the control program is further optimized according to the result of the experiment,and the ladder program satisfying the control requirement is finally determined.The simulation program is used to simulate the control program.The experimental results show that the development of the control system of the lifting mechanism by using PLC technology can improve the automation level of the dump truck,improve the control mode of the lifting mechanism,improve the control reliability and safety of the lifting mechanism,reduce the risk in the dump truck transportation and operation,with a certain market prospects.
