Dump truck plays an important role in China’s economic construction.The lifting mechanism is the core of the dump truck working mechanism,automation degree of the lifting mechanism has gradually become an important factor restricting the development of dump truck.So,have a safe,accurate and efficient lifting mechanism control system to improve the performance of dump truck is particularly important.Thesis analyzes market demand for dump truck at home and abroad,and summarizes the defects and shortcomings of the lifting mechanism of control car dump on the market.Through the comparative study and comparing dump trucks reflects on the market at present focus and analyze the technical problem to be solved badly,Therefore,the paper is devoted to the design and development of lifting mechanism of dump truck based on CAN bus is a control system.Paper using CAN bus communication technology,combined with the controller hardware and software design,implementation of lifting mechanism control system a high degree of automation,safe,efficient,and reliable performance requirements.Using CAN bus as the communication bus of control system.CAN bus protocol for technical analysis and research,such as the bus layer structure,frame structure,packet transmission,packet filtering,etc…The lifting mechanism control system hardware and software research and development.For the lifting mechanism control system each function module block design,the main function modules such as CAN communication module,liquid crystal display module,demotion Angle acquisition module,voice module,key operation module and simulation execution module,etc.For the lifting mechanism related performance tests of the controller,mainly has the CAN communication experiment,demotion Angle acquisition,LCD experiments,the voice prompt and steering gear simulate experiments,etc.Using CAN bus to reduce the control wiring harness,improve the system scalability and reliability at the same time;Using angle sensors and angle of the LCD display and voice prompts,reducing the difficulty of the operation of the operator,to improve the automation of lifting mechanism to make it more secure,efficient and reliable.By analog servo actuator operation control,to achieve the performance requirements of different conditions,meet the design requirements.The results show that based on the CAN bus of the lifting mechanism of dump truck control system hardware and software design reasonable,electronic control system is feasible,the realization of the Intelligent Control of the lifting mechanism.
