With the rapid development of economy, a large number of extra long highway tunnels have been built or under construction. During the operation of tunnel,there will be some fire accidents inevitably, causing heavy casualties and property losses,while tanker collision fire hazards are the most serious. Domestic of lining structure of highway tunnel after a fire safety evaluation and study of rapid repair of tunnel lining after fire started late. This paper studies on the fire in long highway tunnel,relying on New Qidaoliang tunnel fire project in Gansu,and focuses on the following areas:1. Introduce the detailed fire condition of New Qidaoliang tunnel, summary the research on tunnel fire information and the status at home and abroad. The principle of tunnel reliability adopts ANSYS, while introducing and choosing choose the most suitable for the reliability of this thesis research methods in the PDS,namely Monte Carlo method(Monte Carlo).2. By rebound method, section detection method and drilling core sampling method,Adopting site survey,make assessment of New Qidaoliang tunnel preliminary damage.3. Two random parameter is divided into nine conditions using Latin 2000 samples sampled parameters,the probability of survival of tunnel lining after fire and conduct a detailed evaluation of failure probability,random parameters of the following sampling procedures,distribution,distribution functions,the overall correlation between structural reliability,sensitivity and so on,choosing the appropriate conclusions.4. According to the condition of New Qidaoliang tunnel fire, summarized the characteristics of concrete after fire,concrete is the latest rehabilitation methods,proposes three reinforcement method of lining structure for New Qidaoliang tunnel and its reliability research,given other subsidiary facilities maintenance program.
