| BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is based on the information model as a platform,the integration of engineering projects throughout the project throughout the life of the project information management technology.At present,BIM technology has been applied in bridge design and construction stage,but it has less application in bridge management.Based on the analysis of BIM’s Industrial Foundation Classes(IFC)standard expansion method,this paper presents BIM technology for bridge detection and structural health monitoring information expansion and visualization.The main contents include:(1)The method of monitoring the disease physical and structural health monitoring information of bridge based on IFC standard is proposed.In the framework of the IFC standard,the detection of disease missing entities is extended by an extension method based on the IfcProxy entity.According to the form of monitoring data,the sensor attribute information is extended by the expansion method based on the attribute set and verified by the acceleration sensor instance.(2)A BIM modeling method for bridge structure disease based on "surface point method" and "three-dimensional disease model parameterization" is proposed.Using the IFC standard to describe the characteristics of concrete cracks and damage,we write the case report of crack disease into the original disease IFC file,and realized the IFC expansion and visual display of concrete crack and surface damage.(3)Through the establishment of IFC data model and monitoring information model data member link relationship,to achieve the IFC-based monitoring information expansion and visual expression.Through the bridge health monitoring temperature sensor and its monitoring information simulation experiment,the results show that the extended method of monitoring information is effective.(4)Based on a Yellow River Bridge,IFC information expansion and its visualization,monitoring data preview,IFC parameter analysis,full bridge BIM library classification,bridge patrol real-time roaming analysis,investigation based on IFC information Application of Extended Bridge Disease Information and Monitoring Information in Practical Engineering.According to the related research of IFC standard and the status of immature application of bridge maintenance.In this paper,we use the information expansion method provided by IFC standard to analyze the characteristics of bridge detection of apparent disease and structural health monitoring information,and carry out IFC-based expansion of the data model and information not provided by the standard and express it in EXPRESS language.Establishing the BIM model based on the apparent disease and monitoring information of the bridge to verify,so as to achieve the purpose of visual disease and visualization of monitoring information. |
