As an important transportation and infrastructure in my country,the railway is the backbone of my country’s transportation system.my country’s terrain is complicated and there are many mountainous areas.It is necessary to build a large number of bridges and tunnels in order to meet the normal operation and development of the railway.The Baoshen Railway is an early-load railway with a long-load railway in the construction of a railway line,long operation time,and busy transportation.Therefore,it is facing a lot of disease problems.In addition,the testing line detection is still dominated by manual,and the testing technology and methods need to be improved.This article is through the actual testing of the Baotou Yellow River Bridge Baotou Railway,and found that there are many problems in the current testing work.In response to the current problems,combined with the existing advanced testing technology,a set of bridge health monitoring,line quality detection monitoring,drone inspection and construction maintenance management system integrating and construction maintenance management systems.The test monitoring management system monitor the technical status of the Yellow River Bridge,the quality of the bridge on the bridge,and the surrounding hydrological environment.The main content of this article includes:(1)In accordance with the existing test specifications and standards of the Baoshen line,the Baoshen Baotou Yellow River Bridge was conducted in a comprehensive and detailed inspection,including bridges,steel beams,branches,pier,and bridge water essays.After the actual testing is completed,summarizes the problems in this conventional testing work.(2)Based on the problems found,the use of monitoring sensor technology to monitor the health status of the bridge,use the drone to inspect the appearance of the bridge,and use the rail inspection instrument to detect the bridge line.Use the current advanced testing technology to solve the problems of the Baoshen railway detection work.(3)Analyze and calculate the positions where the maximum stress amplitude of each type of rod occurs,and determine the installation position of the system stress sensor.Establish the finite element analysis model of Baotou Yellow River Bridge on Baoshen Line,analyze the natural frequency and vibration mode of theory of computation,and improve the bridge information module of the system.Using advanced algorithms such as frequency response function to calculate and analyze bridge damage locations,and improving the system’s disease prediction function.(4)Taking the Baotou Yellow River Bridge on the Baoshen Line as the research object,a railway bridge inspection and monitoring management system was used to monitor and manage it,and relevant data was collected for analysis and processing.(1)The system detects the actual natural frequency of the bridge,compares and analyzes it with the theoretical natural frequency,and evaluates the operational status of the bridge.(2)The system monitors the lateral and longitudinal amplitudes of the bridge and evaluates the operational status of the bridge through amplitude sensors installed on the top of the bridge pier during bridge collapse.(3)The system uses wheel rail force sensors to monitor the quality of the track above the bridge.Calculate the corresponding derailment rate and wheel load reduction rate based on the wheel rail force data collected by sensors,and evaluate the quality of the bridge line based on the data calculation and analysis results.(4)The system uses the track detector to detect the geometric parameters of the line on the bridge,and compares the track quality data monitored by the bridge monitoring sensor with the track geometric parameters detected by the track detector.(5)The system utilizes velocity sensors installed at key locations in the river below the bridge to monitor the hydrological conditions of the Yellow River around the bridge.Use sonar sensors to monitor the appearance of underwater bridge piers and determine the location of external defects.(6)The system uses drones to detect diseases such as rust,weld cracking,and missing bolts in steel truss bridges.(5)The application of the Baoshen Railway Bridge Inspection and Monitoring Management System on the Baotou Yellow River Bridge has to some extent solved the problems of low detection efficiency,poor accuracy,blind spots,and inability to achieve all-weather monitoring in current bridge inspection work. |
