The rapid development of transportation infrastructure has been driven by the takeoff of Chinese economy.With the increasing service life of bridges,bridge defects such as water accumulation and cracks directly threaten the operational safety of bridges,requiring the use of bridge monitoring systems to monitor bridge health.Currently,there are various methods for monitoring bridge health and defects,but there is a lack of a unified data management platform to meet the needs of bridge monitoring,maintenance,and systematic management.In this paper,based on the above background,we conducted research on urban bridge health and defect monitoring platforms,with the following main research contents:(1)Starting from the actual requirements of urban bridge health and defect monitoring platforms,combined with relevant specifications,the platform is analyzed and designed to integrate bridge monitoring and bridge management.The platform is divided into three subsystems: real-time bridge monitoring subsystem,bridge maintenance subsystem,and model display and data management subsystem.The functions of each module in the subsystems are designed in detail.(2)The evaluation method for the technical condition of bridges is studied based on the principles of structural mechanics and modular thinking.And the modular comprehensive evaluation method based on structural mechanics is used to evaluate the bridges technical condition.Based on the Rete algorithm,the method of bridge maintenance recommendation inference is studied,and the inference mechanism suitable for bridge damage maintenance methods is realized,which can meet the inference requirements of the platform for maintenance recommendations.(3)The health and diseases monitoring platform of urban bridges is built based on BIM,ECharts,Three.js and other technologies,which verifies the feasibility of the modular comprehensive evaluation method based on structural mechanics and the maintenance recommendation reasoning method based on Rete algorithm.The platform can perform realtime monitoring of bridge structural data,grasp the changing patterns of bridge operational status,assist in bridge maintenance,and achieve systematic management of bridge data.The research conducted in this paper has great significance for ensuring bridge safety,promoting systematic management of bridge information,improving operational and management efficiency of bridges,and cost savings.
