With the development of global economy and the acceleration of globalization,competition between international and domestic ports is becoming increasingly fierce.Because of the limitation of space and money,how to make use of the existing terminal logistics resources is the key to improve the production efficiency of container terminal and face the competition The operation system of container terminal mainly includes berth allocation,the scheduling of gantry cranes and container trucks,container yard distribution,etc.Based on the actual operation of the container terminal,this article analyzes how container port berths,gantry cranes,container trucks and container yard make difference to production efficiency of ports.What is more,under the condition of continuous berths and the mixed operation of gantry cranes and container trucks,fully considering the using cost of ships,gantry cranes,container trucks and the pay caused from waiting and ships delay,to minimum all the cost in plan period,this article establish scheduling model of continuous berth-gantry cranes-container trucks-container yard.then we design a genetic algorithm model and numerical examples verify the applicability of the algorithm and the model.The main research content is as follows:(1)After summarizing the research about the single link scheduling of berth allocation,the scheduling of gantry cranes and container trucks,container yard distribution single link scheduling research and also considering of multiple link in container scheduling,we find the deficiencies existing in current research and research scheduling of continuous berth-gantry cranes-container-trucks container under the condition of continuous berths and the mixed operation of gantry cranes and container trucks continuous mixing.(2)To elaborated the container terminal logistics resources and equipment,and combined with production process and operation model of container terminal,emphatically analyzed how ships,berths,gantry cranes,container trucks and container yard influence on the efficiency of ports and the interaction relationship between various factors.(3)Combined correlation between continuous berths,gantry cranes,container trucks and container yards,under the condition of continuous berths and the mixed operation of gantry cranes and container trucks,establish scheduling model of continuous berth-gantrycranes-container trucks-container yard.(4)For the construction of the mathematical model,the genetic algorithm was selected to solve the problem.and individual coding take real number encoding mode then generate the initial population and design fitness,selection,crossover,mutation,and termination conditions.(5)With a practical container terminal as the research object,we select 10 container ships as the initial data,and then the analysis of original data and processing,then we apply model of continuous berth-gantry cranes-container-trucks container to this practical container terminal and get the optimal scheduling scheme.
