The increasing container throughput brings new opportunities and challenges to the future development of terminals.In order to survive and develop in the 21st century,container terminals must continuously expand their operating capacity,reduce their operating costs and improve their service level in the face of the increasing trade demand.This not only requires the container terminal operators to make the layout planning of the terminal at the strategic level,but also requires them to make reasonable scheduling of the terminal resources at the operational level.The reasonable scheduling of berths and quayside Bridges,as the scarce resources of container terminals,is the top priority in wharf operation.In the operation process of the actual container terminal,there will always be a variety of unpredictable emergencies,making the terminal unable to complete the operation according to the initial plan.Therefore,a method is needed to deal with emergencies and make a new scheduling plan,so as to eliminate the negative impact with minimum cost and ensure the normal operation of container terminals.How to solve the scheduling problem of berth quayside bridge in emergency with minimum cost is the main objective of this thesis.Aiming at the problem of container wharf berth quay bridge in emergency,the rescheduling method is adopted to solve it.Firstly,the relevant research literature on quay berth and quay scheduling and scheduling under environmental disturbance is sorted out,analyzed and summarized.Meanwhile,the relevant basic theories of container terminals,rescheduling,extenics and genetic algorithm are introduced.Secondly,the thesis expounds the types of interference factors in the operation of container terminal and the impact of the interference factors on the service cost of the terminal.Considering that container ships can carry out loading and unloading tasks as early as possible and reduce the waiting time of ships,a rescheduling model based on quay berth and quay bridge state is constructed as a cost constraint of the model.Then,in view of the shortcoming that the classical genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local convergence,an extension genetic algorithm was designed which substituted the extension correlation function and heuristic rules into the classical genetic algorithm.Finally,three kinds of experimental schemes of different interference factors are designed with numerical examples,and the scheduling plan obtained by the rescheduling model of continuous berths of container terminals is compared with the scheduling plan adopted in the initial scheme,and the validity of the model and algorithm in this thesis is verified by the specific values obtained.In this thesis,the scheduling model and the improved algorithm to deal with emergencies are of reference significance to the actual operation of container terminals.
