Evaluation Of The Use Of Canal Park In Beijing Based On AHP And SD Method

With the JingHang Grand Canal successfully listed in the world cultural heritage list in June 2014, the rich landscape resources along the canal have received more and more attention. City Canal Park as the main representative of the canal landscapes on the basis of bearing the city parks using function at based on the canal's unique ecological landscape and historical and cultural resources promotes the continuous development of ecological civilization construction of the city. The study of urban canal park has a positive effect on the protection of canal's ecological environment and the inheritance of the canal culture. Taking Tongzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Tongzhou Canal Park and the Grand Canal Forest Park as an example, its usage is comprehensive evaluation research of the canal park planning and construction for the future, it is of the value of research and development to provide certain reference and guidance.(1)In this article,through the document literature reading, Beijing Canal Park field surveys and interviews in the form of characters, qualitative analysis was carried out on the canal park in Beijing, so as to build a canal in Beijing park use evaluation index system.Aimed at Beijing Canal Park use comprehensive evaluation, selection of historical and cultural factors, ecological landscape elements, elements of social management, recreational traffic for first-level indicators, with unique regional culture, cultural connotation embodied,popular science education richness, plant species richness and 15 indicators for secondary indicators, it constructs the evaluation index system of Beijing canal park usage.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation matrix is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) in the way of the consultation questionnaire by experts in urban planning and landscape ecology. Based on the analysis of the basic information of two parks,the basic status of Tongzhou canal park and grand canal forest park is obtained; Through the analysis of the semantic difference part of the questionnaire, the data calculated by applying the method of semantic difference, the average satisfaction of Tongzhou canal park evaluation system index assignment, such as regional culture characteristics (0.981), cultural connotation embodied (0.856),popular science education richness (0.904),plant species richness (1.385),landscape level beauty (1.572), and so on; So as to get the grand canal forest park evaluation index system of satisfaction on average assignment such as regional culture characteristics(0.433), cultural connotation embodied (0.705), popular science education richness (0.891),plant species richness (1.376), landscape level beauty (1.547), and so on.(4) Through the Tongzhou Canal Park, the grand canal forest park usage evaluation index weight value and satisfaction to calculate average assignment, combining analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and the method of semantic difference between two kinds of quantitative methods, the relative importance of the experts and users' satisfaction analysis,comprehensive evaluation score of Tongzhou canal park finally D = 78.333. And Tongzhou Canal Park's satisfaction whose V = 77.396. The comprehensive evaluation result of Tongzhou Canal park is good; The final comprehensive evaluation score of the grand canal forest park was D= 79.774, and the comprehensive evaluation score of the grand canal forest park was V= 77.796. It can be seen that the comprehensive evaluation result of the use of the Grand Canal forest park is better.(5)A comparative analysis of the evaluation indexes of Tongzhou Canal Park and Grand Canal forest park was conducted, and the overall evaluation results of two canal parks were both good. According to the comparative analysis of two parks, index satisfaction score landscape level aesthetic feeling to the park,plant species richness,and recreation satisfaction,users are more satisfied. The park's visual impression, public security management status,water park satisfaction is in poor health conditions. For the regional cultural characteristics and cultural connotation embodied, popular science education richness, air environment quality, facility maintenance and management, external traffic accessibility, internal traffic convenience, rationality, public service facilities space layout is generally improved the degree of satisfaction.(6)According to the comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis results of Beijing Canal Park, the following suggestions are given for the future planning and construction of Beijing Canal Park: The proposal should strengthen the administration of public security in the park and improve the sanitation level in the park. Find out the regional cultural characteristics of Tongzhou and deepen the connotation of canal culture; To protect the historic relics of the canal and increase the education experience; Improve the water quality of the canal and purify the air quality in the garden; Enhance the accessibility of the park's external traffic and improve the internal transportation convenience; Adjust the spatial pattern of the park and improve the comfort and comfort of the park.This article research to use comprehensive evaluation of Beijing Canal Park provides reference for the research of Canal Park, by the "world heritage after age" of the canal park development, has played a positive role in promoting.
