Research Of Planning And Design Of Village Under The Perspective Of Neo-Ruralism

New village planning and construction is our country the important working content.At present,China is in the traditional agriculture to the critical period of the transformation of the modern agriculture,to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode for the "13th Five-year" period to promote the main task of agricultural modernization and the basic way.China is making efforts to construct modern agriculture industry system,production system and business system to build a road of high efficiency,product safety,resource conservation,environmental friendly agricultural modernization.The idea of "Neo-Ruralism" is to plan the development of new rural construction,ecological agriculture and rural tourism from two aspects of urban and rural areas.And the purpose is to promote the balanced development of urban and rural,coordinate the new rural planning,construction and urban modernization,maintain the steady development of the region as a whole,and keep the rural characteristics and the unique rural resources and environment for the planning of new countryside construction.The purpose of this research is exploring economic,social and cultural development planning model of the village under Neo-Ruralism.Through the reasonable planning of function area layout realized the economy of ecological agriculture,creating high-quality leisure venues,constructing industry development and ecological protection,resource integration and leisure tourism comprehensive development village demonstration,scientific and comprehensive guidance of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the village construction practice.The research methods of this paper are literature inductive method,system analysis method,case analysis method and empirical analysis method.The innovation of the paper is the using of the concept of new village,the mining under the village agricultural tourism leisure industry value,promoting the development of"agriculture Internet plus" using information technology,and promoting the application of village ecological environmental protection and low-carbon sustainable living facilities.In the part of the relevant concepts and theoretical research,and determining the new village planning related concepts,we researched new village relevant ecological theory,the theory of agricultural industry and the new rural construction.We summarized the development of village construction at home and abroad.The connotation of village planning is based on the characteristics of the village and the villagers,guiding and standardizing the comprehensive development of the town and village,including the renovation of village development strategy about the planning,industrial planning and environmental features.The development trend of village under new village contain development pattern of industrial development,ecological protection,suburban intensive,resources integration,efficient agricultural,leisure tourism and cultural heritage development model.We analyzed the problems when planning and constructing the village,made suggestions for the optimization of planning and construction.Finally,the paper summarized the main points of new rural village planning.This paper selected each two cases at home and abroad for analysis and summary.Energy saving and environmental protection facilities of living and production was the characteristic of Swedish Kullon ecological community and Japanese gassho village was famous for the protection of traditional ecological and gassho buildings,Zhaobao ecological farm paid attention to the development of modern science and technology,circular agriculture,Yu Shan Wu village created livable ecological living environment,transformed the development model of traditional industry to adapt to the social development.In this paper,we carried out an example study by learning and drawing on their experience.Through the analysis of the important strategic position of Yue Zha village in Huai'an urban development,we summarized the site basic condition about external traffic,natural conditions,villages and the villagers living status.SWOT analysis on the location of the project laid the foundation of research.We designed Yue Zha village as a new village model village including agricultural production demonstration,fruits and vegetables,picking experience,leisure tourism and harmonious life.We focus on the village environment,ecological planning,ecological planning strategy and the Internet agricultural operations.With the development of modern science and technology,the sustainable development model of the village is established,and it has become an important research for the rural construction.
