A Research On Urban Village Space In Hangzhou Luojiazhuang Village Under The Background Of Post-urbanization

With the development of Hangzhou City in recent years, resources, environment,population and other conditions affecting the sustainable development of Hangzhou."Urban village" occupies many important areas of the city. How to improve the land use efficiency of these areas on the basis of retaining the positive role of the "urban village" is of great significance to the development of Hangzhou.In this paper, I choose Luojiazhuang village as a case. Based on the historical background, this paper takes the historical area of Luojiazhuang in Hangzhou as the geographical area, and starts from the observation of social form. This paper studies the spatial form and the logic of the three types of settlement, residential area and residence monomer, and tries to find out the useful suggestions of urban renewal in the background of urbanization.In this paper, based on the literature research and based on field research, obtained first-hand information about the transformation of Luo Jia Zhuang before and after G20,and analyzed it in the way of Architecture. Finally, it concludes that Luo Jia Zhuang's"Urban Village" space form is a "model" for the adaptation of culture,material and survival needs, and puts forward some suggestions for future urban development from three aspects of land system, urban design, humanistic care.
