Research On Architectural Design Strategy Of Pension Agency Based On The Needs Of The Elderly

As population aging intensifies daily,the pension demand increases,so is the contradiction between pension supply and demand.The traditional concept of ‘raising children for old age’ is no longer the only choice for the elderly under the basic national condition of ‘getting old before getting rich’.Facing this new opportunity,pension agency is turning to be a new choice for the elderly.In this thesis,research has been made on six pension agencies of Hangzhou to explore the relationship between the needs of the elderly and the architectural design of the pension agency.On the basis of previous research and case summary,and by analyzing the physical,psychological and behavioral habits of the elderly,both the relationship between the needs of the elderly and the architectural design of the pension agency and the specific requirements are concluded in order to explore the architectural design strategy of the pension agency.The design of the seven functional spaces,which are the external environment,living space,public space,traffic space,health care space,auxiliary service space and administrative space of the pension agency are considered to analyzed the design strategy that can meet all the needs of the elderly,and then the modular combination of the unit spaces is carried out to explore the optimal modular layout strategy from the aspects of function,distance,streamline and other considerations.Finally,combined with the results of previous research,we put the design strategy to practical use in corresponding typical research case design.It is hoped that,in the future,this thesis can provide some references for the architectural design strategy of the pension agency,and by carrying out specific construction model research(constitution relationship and layout streamline)through unit space and module,we hope to explore some new ideas for the architectural design of the pensionagency that can suit the real needs of our country and meet the needs of the elderly as well.
