Distributed drive control is the key to the control of hub/wheel motor-driven vehicles.Distributed drive controllers are responsible for important functions in stability control and vehicle safety.The development and test of distributed drive controllers is particularly important.Hardware-in-the-sloop test combines the advantages of simulation test and real vehicle test,which can improve the development efficiency of distributed drive controllers and reduce development expenditures.On the basis of understanding the principle and application of hardware-in-the-loop test,and analyzing and comparing domestic and foreign hardware-in-the-loop testing systems,a hardwarein-the-loop test system was designed.First,this paper designed a distributed drive control strategy,and independently developed a drive controller for hardware-in-the-loop test.Secondly,the hardware part and software part of the system were respectively integrated.The hardware system includes NI PXI real-time system,drive controller,driver control mechanism,executive motor,etc.The software system includes real-time simulation model and host computer management software.Among them,the vehicle dynamics model and road environment model were established based on Truck Sim RT,the test project was managed through NI Veristand,and the automated test was realized based on NI Teststand.Through the integration of software and hardware systems,a Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL)test system was built,and a preliminary vehicle-in-the-loop system was realized.Finally,the drive controller and hardware-in-the-loop system were tested,which proved that the hardware-in-the-loop test system met the expected design requirements,and the effectiveness of the distributed drive control strategy was verified.The hardware-in-the-loop test system designed in this paper has also been successfully applied to the test of multiple controller development projects.
