Main push for automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) has been presenting a fiery research posture worldwide,and the research achievement is highly effective. ADS-B technology has the features of high accurateness,high efficiency,security and low-cost that make it a bigger and more promising application prospect. Track Display System is an important platform for pilots to learn the traffic situation in air based on the four dimension message of airplanes provided by ADS-B message which can show pilots flight paths and flight intentions around. However, along with the rapid development of the air transport in China, the shortage in human-computer interaction of ADS-B equipment and the missing data rate and error data rate in receiving ADS-B message will directly affect the surveillance performance and efficiency. WebGIS technology has developed quickly in rich internet application area and its abundant geography information resource satisfies the high air traffic command for precise electronic map, data and operation. It can directly demonstrates the air traffic state to aviation controller and makes sure the reactions according to aviation situation are effective and in-time.This paper first analyzes WebGIS, ADS-B ,track display system in detail, then divides the paper work into ADS-B track processing and track display system according to system requirements.ADS-B track processing module mainly aims at the missing data rate and error data rate in ADS-B IN receiving and decoding ADS-B message,through establishing the target motion models and doing research on interactive multiple model (IMM) algorithm and Kalman Filter algorithm. Use IMM algorithm and single model algorithm as a comparison team on MATLAB platform, get a comparison of simulation results of IMM algorithm and single model algorithm,the comparison shows IMM algorithm can effectively reduce the message missing rate and message error rate of ADS-B data, thus enhance the accurateness of track prediction.This paper builds the display system development environment based on the analysis of design requirement, then according to the feasibility analysis builds the conceptual schema.With less system resource and less responding time and more rich experience, this paper focuses on developing Client and Server and database design approach. The Client-side uses ArcGIS modules doing integrated second development on Flex platform, and uses RemoteObject to communicate with Server-side, through REST API to get map service;Database mainly designs the storage method and reading method of track and spatial geographic information data. Finally this paper accomplishes ADS-B track display overall design and main function modules are shown, system can dynamically loads map service,refreshes track in real-time, and gathering track information to display on map and other functional operation, as to needs the requirements.
