Since the 1950s, vessel monitoring system, which is helped with the rapid development of various types of electronic science and technology, has maintained the rapid development.It has become the core of today's shipbuilding industry in key technologies. Through real-time monitoring of marine pumps, we can ensure safe operation of vessel power systems and provide protection for the voyage. To further enhance the degree of vessel monitoring automation,the vessel monitoring system use Ethernet to transmit monitoring data and alarm mariner. As the most widely used LAN protocol, Ethernet has some excellent features such as complete hierarchical structure, high rate of data transmission, strong reliability of communication and so on. In addition, it can adapt to different types of physical transmission medium. There are several years for the application of CAN bus in the industrial control field.With the increasing complexity of industrial environment and the continuous development of distributed control technology, the requirements of remote monitoring and data integration of on-site equipment, are increasingly strong. As the most widely used LAN protocol, Ethernet has some excellent features such as complete hierarchical structure, high rate of data transmission, strong reliability of communication and so on. In addition, it can adapt to different types of physical transmission medium. According to the application background,a set of remote monitoring system for marine equipment is designed in this paper.Based on TCP/IP protocols, the system designs custom user data packets and implement through ?C/OS-? real-time operating system embedded in LPC2294 micro controller which has ARM7 core. In conjunction with other auxiliary circuit, a kind of pump room signal conversion circuit which is used to remotely monitor the pressure value of marine pump is designed and implemented.For hardware circuit design, system uses AC/DC power conversion module to convert 220V AC from marine and supply power to other circuits. Choose DM9000E as the Ethernet controller and extend some peripheral circuits, such as storage circuit and clock circuit and so on. In order to ensure the stable and reliable of network communications, dual-channel of Ethernet interface are realized to improve the reliability redundancy. The driver programs are designed for the controller and chips, and ?C/OS-? is cut and transplanted for the controller LPC2294.During the procedure of software design, system cut and optimize TCP/IP protocol according to the system requirements, and design custom user data protocol depends on the data needed to be transmitted. The module can work in TCP/UDP style, multi-cast style and broadcast style. In addition, the module supports extra Ethernet interfaces to improve the running reliability of system. At last, some service functions are realized by programming including on-line time unify and work status checking and so on.The system is tested by hardware testing,program debugging,Ethernet packets capturing and test value comparative analysis. The system can stably and reliably implement remote monitoring according to the demand, and it shows huge application value.
