In recent years, with the development of economic in our country, the number of vehicles increased sharply, which led to the traffic emergency various problems greatly and which will be the main impediment of the development of national economic and people's life to a higher level .How to utilize the advanced 3G Network communication technology, data mining technology , control technology and other means to improve the management level of urban and make a reasonable manner and guide for the public transportation vehicles as well as ensure the smoothly normal running, and provide convenient and fast public transportation services. At the same time the transportation managers can get all kinds of data on the server side, and then carries on the reasonable analysis, at last give a more reasonable management of the public transportation, the above is our need to solve as soon as possible.To improve the operating efficiency and alleviate traffic pressure, this paper mainly do in-depth research on vehicle terminal based on embedded Tiny 6410 being the mother board and remote scheduling based on data mining, at the same time have a actually test, and verify the stability and feasibility of the system, which made a certain underlay on the new generation intelligent transportation system.First, this paper have designed the intelligent bus vehicle terminal, using The ARM11 chip (SAMSUNG S3C6410) as the mother board of embedded processors, which had been used to build the 3G network, process all kinds of data. At the same time, this article also have designed GPS stops based on STM32 processor, using the most advanced U-BLOX 6S on the current market, enhance the accuracy in the stops and real-time transmission and convenient citizens travel and management scheduling. Secondly, according to the needs of the business, this paper have designed the intelligent bus system software platform, which is used to complete the monitoring of the vehicle on running performance, access, query, storage the vehicle's dynamic and static data, etc, and which also cooperate with related algorithm to complete the reasonable operation of the vehicle scheduling and improve the operation efficiency of the vehicle.Finally, this paper have researched the MLE algorithm, EM algorithm, and MM algorithm which is improved by EM algorithm in the process of vehicle scheduling, and verified the feasibility of the algorithm by experiment. At the same time, this paper analyzed the passenger flow anomalies for more reasonable of vehicle scheduling. In addition, we have done related satisfaction survey of vehicle terminal.
