The Design And Research Of Residential Community Aging Facilities

The aging population in China is becoming more and more,the elderly have health needs,family needs,communication needs and activity needs in daily life,existing public facilities have problems like:" deficiency in the numbers and types,single function,weakness in humanization design,the users"interface not friendly enough,poor relevance in the system and so on.Especially in the residential community living space,public facilities is obviously insufficient.How to design public facilities which are suitable for aging population and,make the elderly feel entertained is an important topic that urgently need to be solved.Through a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and such as a series of field research in Jiangkou community,Wushan community,Zhuantang community and the Dazhuqiao community a number of typical communities in Xihu District,Hangzhou City,center on the needs of rest facilities,health care facilities,hands-on planting vegetables and communication with others and so on,this article,based on the living community environment,explores the reconstruction of the aging public facilities entity space layout,virtual environment system rethinking of the configuration.This article,based on the elderly centered design concept and combined with relevant government policies and industry standards,talks about how to construct public-facility system in communities which is suitable for elderly;in order to promote and improve the living quality of the public space of the community,to help the elderly enjoy their old age.
