The blood oxygen saturation is a important physiological indexes in the common clinical diagnosis and family care. Using noninvasive method for the blood oxygen saturation and other components of the blood test has become one of the hotspots in the research and exploration of biomedical engineering field. So it has broad prospects for development. In this paper, based on the amendatory Lambert-Beer Law and the theory of dynamic spectrum, using microcontroler ADuC841 as the core processor, it research the transmission-type pulse oximetry saturation detection system.Based on extensive literature review and material, it analyses and introduces the principle and method of measurement of the transmission type non-invasive pulse and blood oxygen saturation. In ADuC841 microcontroller as the core, the hardware and software of the non-invasive pulse oxygen saturation monitoring system is designed and researched. The extraction of hardware circuit pulse wave signal is processed and analyzed. It extract the characteristic parameters of the pulse in frequency domain. The experiments prove that the system has high stability and sensitivity. The research and development of non-invasive pulse blood oxygen saturation detection technology for the further study of blood ingredient test has laid a good foundation. Along with the development of medical and health services, in order to further perfect system and improve the performance, the paper finally offers the suggestions of subsequent design and research.
