Construction industry was originally developed in order to overcome the traditional building production in the high energy consumption,pollution,poor quality of construction and a series of problems arising.In recent years,China's civil construction industry has developed rapidly: China has appeared in the fabricated large-slab construction,the framed light-plate construction,the large template construction and other forms.The government has also introduced a number of policies to protect the construction of high-speed,high-quality development.In China,the level of industrialization of granary construction is still very low.Not only there is a large amount of work in the construction process,low level of sustainable development,but also there is low acceptance of new materials and new technologies,weak affinity for the environment,degree of industrialization lag,poor seismic performance and a series of problems.As a kind of lightweight,high-strength and energy-saving new prefabricated structure,the multi-ribbed composite plate structure has shown a series of advantages in the civil construction with good seismic performance and applicability.The applicability and advantages of the multi-ribbed composite plate structure in the granary have also been verified.But the multi-ribbed composite plate structure into the traditional flat room to the overall structure of the force performance is still a lack of systematic analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the research results of the microstructures on the multi-ribbed composite plate,and designs the structural test to carry out the destructive test on the multi-ribbed composite wall under lateral pressure.The load and failure modes of the multi-ribbed composite plate under the side pressure load are analyzed,and the bearing capacity and the stress mechanism of the specimen are uniformly distributed.The finite element analysis model of the multi-ribbed composite plate structure was established by using ABAQUS,a large general finite element software.The numerical simulation was carried out by the same loading system as the test,and the validity and rationality were verified by comparison with the test results.At the same time,the mechanical performance of the multi-ribbed composite plate structure is analyzed more intuitively and comprehensively.Based on the finite element model coefficients,the same size 370 mm thick brick wall and the 300 mm thick ribbed warehouse model were established,and the whole force performance analysis was carried out respectively.Compared with the grain load The internal force,the stress and the deformation are analyzed.The analysis shows that the ability of anti-lateral ability and scattered transmission load of the ribbed warehouse is more remarkable.
