Grain storage problem occupies an important position in the national economy. Basedon the basic national conditions, China has been in the warehouse for storage type dominantpositions. However, the current construction of multi-grain storehouses built still use masonrystructures, wall materials innovation is slow, seismic performance is poor, theon-site masonry workload is heavy, and there are some deficiencies in use. Therefore shouldactively seek new ways and means.As a kind of new energy-saving, seismic, environmental protection system, themulti-ribbed composite plate structure in the application of the civil construction has madegreat achievements, But the application of granary construction is in the blank. This articlebrings the new type of multi-ribbed composite board structure into granary building, toresearch for basic mechanical properties under lateral pressure of grain. Aims for furtherresearch and practical engineering application of the new barnstructure provide the basis, themain research content follows:1. Large general-purpose finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the finiteelement analysis model of a ribbed room and barn structure wall. Through the simulationanalysis, further study The lateral pressure of grain for the mechanism of the ribbedcomposite wall.I got the stress distribution and variation of the composite wall structureunder the static pressure of the grain.2. Studied the strain, stress and displacement variation of the ribbed room and barn wall inthe equivalent load,identified the weak parts of ribbed room and barn wall structure.Compared with the stress of each components of the non autoclaved fly ash aeratedconcrete block.3. Study on the mechanical performance of ribbed real barn wall boundary wall in differentconditions, compared the four kinds of different boundary conditions and Mises stress,displacement of wall shear stress,and the relationship between stress and strain difference.4. Study the mechanical behavior and related factors of the ribbed room and barn structurewall under the lateral pressure of the grain. Analysis of the synergetic effects andmechanical characteristics of the fill the block, rib beams, columns and rib border pillar under the lateral pressure of grain.The analysis shows that Mises stress reaches the maximum value in the rib beam andcolumn junction, and reaches the minimum value in the Sash and block junction, when theribbed room and barn structure wall under the lateral pressure of the grain. The changingcharacteristic of the displacement is that from left to right the displacement increasedinitially then reduced and gradually reduced from top to bottom. In the boundaryand ribbed column bottom, the shear stress is relatively large. Determine the rib columnand LL2junction is the weak positions. In the barn ribbed composite wall construction ofeach component in the power block transfer mode is passed to the rib beams, ribs column,then the beam will be part of the rib to rib pillar load transfer, ribbed, rib pillar then passedthe border post; Effects of four boundary conditions on the mechanical properties of thewall, hinge and fixed difference is small, a relatively large impact on the free end.The wallof fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block enhanced lateral stiffness and shear capacityof the ribbed room and barn structure wall.
