The multi-ribbed composite wall structure has the advantage of energy saving, low weight and can adjust stiffness as need, realizes the unification of partition, enclosure and load bearing. However, when the multi-ribbed composite wall was confined by steel frame, the steel frame columns are exposed in the air, which affects the durability of the structure. The intercalated multi-ribbed composite wall can solve the problem through the novel construction form, the heat insulation performance is also improved. Therefore,it has applied value and spreaded significance. On the other hand, the connection between the multi-ribbed composite wall and the steel frame is still dominated by wet connection, and there are few application as well as analysis of the additional connectors in realizing the dry connection. For this reason, this thesis analyzes the mechanical behavior of the steel frame with the intercalated multi-ribbed composite wall connected by wet connection, which is beneficial to improve the related design methods. Some novel connectors are also proposed to realize the dry-assembled between the intercalated multi-ribbed composite wall and steel frame, and the applicability and effectiveness of the connectors are demonstrated through finite element analysis. The main contents are listed:(1)Based on the hysteretic experiments of infilled-frames and steel frame-prefabricated concrete lateral resistance wall fabricated structure, the corresponding finite element models were established. And the plastic of the steel is model by the ductile damage, the mechanical characteristics of mortar joint are simulated by face-to-face interaction. The modeling process and the related parameters are calibrated by the experimental data. Then the Finite-element model of the steel frame-intercalated multi-ribbed composite wall(SF-IMRCW)structure is established.(2)For the SF-IMRCW structures without vertical slots under wet assemble scheme, the deformation mode of the multi-ribbed composite wall and the mechanical behaviors of shear connectors are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The influence factors and influence law are studied through structural global performance.Besides, the calculation model of the lateral bearing capacity of the SF-IMRCW structure is also established.(3)Different connectors are proposed to realize the dry-assemble.The mechanical behavior of the connectors under different load conditions and fillings are discussed, some design criteria are also derived from mechanics.Through the analysis of the mechanical performance of SF-IMRCW structure under three dry connection schemes, the applicability of the novel connectors are evaluated. This thesis presents the lateral bearing capacity calculation formulation of the SFIMRCW structure, which can provide guidance for practical engineering application. In addition, the proposed connectors are also capable of other dry assembled prefabricated structures.
