| Shenhua Group rooted in China’s “three West” area,and construct a large number of railways,Shenhua Baoshen Railway plays an important role in the “western coal east transport” in ordos region.Shenhua Group is a self-financing enterprises,according to the long-term development of enterprises,the departments of Shenhua Group from savings,reduce cost perspective,to improve the efficiency of enterprise.Shenhua Baoshen railway according to their own situation,and actively respond to the group appeal,the measures of energy conservation and emission reduction were put into effect.With the increase of Shenhua Baoshen railway operating mileage and transport capacity,all kinds of transportation problem has emerged.The long residence time,slow turnover speed,low efficiency of Baoshen railway are more and more prominent.It has great significance to solve these problems of Baoshen railway.For the problem that the long freight residence time of Baoshen railway,took the freight residence time as the research object and shorten the freight residence time as the research purpose.On the basis of the introducing the current research status of railway freight residence time at home and abroad,summarize the different methods of freight residence time.Analyze the status and influence factors of transfer operation freight residence time and cargo operation freight residence time.Propose reasonable suggestions and practical measures for shorten the freight residence time.Establish an assessment system of railway freight residence time.Use the multi-level dynamic fuzzy compression evaluation method to analysis and evaluate the Shenhua Baoshen railway freight residence time evaluation system.This paper analyzed the main influencing factors of the Shenhua Baoshen railway freight truck,put forward measures such as improving the efficiency of loading and unloading,improving the locomotive efficiency,improving the scheduling level to shorten the Baoshen railway cargo operation freight residence time.Proposed measures such as organizing direct trains,improving the condition of the section equipment,optimizing the section job organization,optimizing transfer of cargo for Wanshuiquan South Railway Station to shorten the Baoshen railway transfer operation freight residence time.The multi-level dynamic fuzzy compression evaluation method was applied to the study of the Shenhua Baoshen railway freight residence time,the evaluation system of Shenhua Baoshen railway freight residence time was established.Taking the residence time of Wanhuiquan South Station as an example,use the data of October,November and December of 2014 of Wanshuiquan South Railway Station into calculation so as to verify the effectiveness.The results of 14 truck freight station residence time of multi-level dynamic fuzzy compression evaluation for the fourth quarter of 2014 were obtained,and the results have certain guidingsignificance to Baoshen railway work. |
