| As an important transportation channel for China’s bulk strategic energy materials,heavy haul railway has the characteristics of flow direction,single transportation path and simple technical operation compared with ordinary freight lines.It is suitable to carry out the research on the optimization of freight transportation organization based on the dynamic programming transportation organization mode.At present,the freight train marshalling plan cannot dynamically reflect the change of freight demand in the transportation market,and it is difficult to guide the actual transportation production,which seriously affects the economic benefits of enterprises.The freight train operation plan is a further extension of the freight train marshalling plan at the time and space level.It is not only an important part of the freight transport organization,but also a key plan that affects the owner’s transport demand and the arrival period of goods.Therefore,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,taking Shenhua heavy haul railway as the research object,thesis studies the optimization technology of freight train operation plan under the dynamic planning transportation organization mode.The main contents of thesis are as follows.Firstly,the optimization principle of Shenhua railway dynamic freight train operation plan is proposed.By analyzing the characteristics of freight transport organization of Shenhua railway,the dynamic planning transport organization mode of Shenhua railway is proposed.On the basis of proposing the concept,feasibility,influencing factors and main principles of dynamic freight train operation plan of Shenhua Railway,thesis expounds the idea of dynamic compilation optimization research from the perspective of collaborative consideration of heavy train operation plan and empty wagon allocation plan.Secondly,the dynamic optimization method for the key problems in the preparation of freight train operation plan of Shenhua railway is proposed.Thesis comprehensively analyzes the operation process of three key problems of Shenhua railway train combination decomposition,traffic flow calculation and empty wagon allocation,summarizes the influencing factors of dynamic programming optimization of train operation plan,and puts forward the optimization method of dynamic train combination decomposition,dynamic traffic flow calculation and dynamic empty wagon allocation of Shenhua railway.Then,the optimization model of Shenhua railway dynamic freight train operation plan is established.Combined with the daily dynamic change of freight transportation demand,considering the influence of empty wagon allocation on meeting the loading demand,based on the idea of dynamic collaborative programming to optimize the heavy train operation plan and empty wagon allocation plan,the optimization model of dynamic freight train operation plan is established with the objective of minimizing the error time between heavy train transportation operation time and loading demand,and a two-stage genetic-tabu search algorithm is designed.Finally,the Baoshen south line and Shenshuo line are taken as examples to verify.The results show that the overall transportation operation time after collaborative optimization is30010 min,which is 7.4 % less than the initial preparation of the operation plan.The heavy train transportation operation time is reduced by 239 min,and the delay time of loading demand is reduced by 2160 min.In addition,the matching rate of the freight train operation plan reaches 100 %,which is 8.6 % higher than that of the initial plan.It shows that the optimized freight train operation plan maximizes the transportation demand of the cargo owner,improves the transportation efficiency and strengthens the guiding role of the plan. |
