With the reform of railway freight transportation in China,freight rate adjustment has become a normal trend.Due to the continuous opening of the rest of the national railway lines,the price reduction and "buy it now" measures issued by the national railway,as well as the impact of automobile transportation,environmental protection,production restriction and other factors,the reduction of coal transported abroad is serious,and Shenhua coal is gradually withdrawn from the market,which has a great impact on the traffic volume.Therefore,it is of great significance to increase the freight volume by adjusting the freight transport price of railway.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on the price adjustment of railway freight transportation,and puts forward a bilevel programming solution to this problem.Based on the analysis of the price adjustment mechanism of railway freight transportation,this paper analyzes the current operation situation of Baotou Shenzhou railway and the existing problems of railway freight price.Then,according to the relationship between the freight price and the volume of railway freight transportation,a bi level programming model for the price adjustment of railway freight transportation is established.The upper level model is established to maximize the revenue of the railway freight transport management department.On the basis of analyzing the generalized cost of railway freight transportation,the optimization model is established with the objective of minimizing the generalized cost of freight transportation,and the lower level model is established Line analysis.Design algorithm to solve the model,on the basis of setting the railway freight fare adjustment scheme,design the solution algorithm suitable for this bi level programming model.The lower level model is the key to solve the bilevel programming model in this paper.The improved MSA algorithm is designed to solve the lower level model in this paper,and the freight volume under the current freight rate condition is obtained,which is carried to the upper level model to solve the freight revenue value The price adjustment strategy brings the updated freight rate into the lower level planning model again,and so on,until the railway freight rate under the condition of maximum profit is obtained,and the algorithm ends.Finally,taking the north line of Baotou Shenzhou railway as an example,the freight rate and revenue of Baotou Shenzhou railway in each period are calculated to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. |
