| The rapid growth of the real estate economy has brought swift and violent development of China’s construction industry.The rapid development of the industry is more and more rational.From the period of the working period to the pursuit of quality,safety and the construction site and green buildings,the new technology,new materials and changes are being promoted by enterprises in the industry.Formwork engineering is an important part of reinforced concrete structure construction,and it has important influence on quality,schedule and cost of the project.Therefore,exploring the new technology of template engineering has great significance to advancing the construction technology and construction management.At present,the widely used plywood and all-steel large template traditional support system in Gansu market have obvious advantages and disadvantages.This paper analyzed the three kinds of template system with the construction of a template system in Lanzhou.It mainly adopts the analytic hierarchy process and the value engineering methods to provide reference for the selection of the template of enterprise science.The main content of the paper contains following:(1)The characteristics,support and reinforcement system of the three kinds of formwork projects are explained,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of formwork are analyzed.This section focuses on the modular aluminum alloy formwork system,and introduces the construction process and safety management of the formwork by introducing four kinds of aluminum alloy formwork system.(2)In the process of the construction of the main building with a three residential district,respectively using plywood,aluminum alloy formwork,steel formwork construction.At the same time,the data of the whole life cycle of the collection and analysis method to determine the weight and value engineering cost data as the basis for the study of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).(3)Apply value engineering to engineering examples.After the three alternatives are identified,the functional definition and function of the template scheme are compiled and the technical functional system diagram is prepared.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)function evaluation,scheme of template with Sadie 1-9 scale method,comparing the importance to the function to build two judgment matrix,determine the important degree of each function and weight.Construct judgments matrix between two,determine the importance of each function and weight.Subsequently,the "0-10 scoring method" was used to evaluate the functional scores of each function by the expert scoring group,the technical function coefficients(F)of each function can be obtained by multiplying.According to the economic analysis of the construction process of formwork,the relative cost method is used to calculate the cost coefficient(C).Finally,according to the value engineering standard V=F/C as the final decision-making tool,the final value coefficient(V)is calculated,and the template scheme is optimized according to the size of V.In this paper,the value engineering theory and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are combined to consider the technical function satisfaction degree and life cycle cost(LCC)in the choice of the template project.It is concluded that the preferred aluminum alloy template quick-release system scheme is more excellent,more advanced and economical in terms of safety,quality,duration,green construction and corporate image than the other two schemes.As a new technology and new material,the quick dismantling system of combined aluminum alloy formwork is worthy of enterprise application and industry promotion. |
