The real-time status of power transmission and transformation equipment means a lot to the safe and stable operation of the power system.However,due to various equipment manufacturers and the power department usually product and use different on-line monitoring system.This is the reason why the monitoring data can't be transferred between the different systems freely.And it increases the workload and the difficult for the staffs.This has also become a hidden danger in the power grid.If we can solve the data differences between the various information systems.It will be possible to make the entire on-line monitoring system as a whole.It could improve the efficiency of power companies.At the same time,it also strengthens the stability of the power grid and the flexibility of information systems.In the first place,this thesis studies the structure of IEC 61970 CIM and analyses the relationship between the typical classes.It also introduces the official and unofficial update steps of CIM.After that,the thesis discusses the relationship between SVG and graphical representation of power equipment and its application in the power system.In this chapter,we have also compared two method for CIM and SVG interacting with each other.This thesis extends the CIM based on the actual demand of power companies and various standards of the State Grid.From there,we combine CIM and SVG through XML and realize the interaction between data model and graphics.Finally,we design and implent the transmission and transformation equipment on-line monitoring system.The transmission and transformation equipment on-line monitoring system shields the data differences of different application systems.This system is safe,stable,portable and extensible.Through this system,the staffs could master the operation status of the whole power grid intuitively.They can not only focus on monitoring the defective equipment,but also control the power grid through macro view.The system is able to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the cost of informatizing the power system.
