The safe and stable operation of the power system is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.In the new normal economic development background,the intelligent,interactive and information construction of power system has been paid more and more attention.2009,the China State Grid Corp proposed the construction of a unified strong smart grid target.And then,for the first time and the two side of the equipment on line monitoring ability to put forward higher requirements.Traditional substation maintenance point of view,the fault wave device with a network analyzer is two discrete functional elements,through the numerical analysis shows that,the two parties of the data correlation is small,which limits the development of intelligent substation.In order to solve the actual problem of on-line monitoring of intelligent substation,this paper discusses the re design and Optimization for the comprehensive online monitoring system,the embedded system based on MSP430 series chip information monitoring and upload device is completed,and the state information can be designed in IEC 61850 under the standard Ethernet implementation of GOOSE packet,SV fast,real-time sampling value to each other,for PC(PC)analysis of the running state of the equipment is reflected by the message data and the alarm information will be comprehensive,timely upload,in order to make intelligent diagnosis terminal(IDD)positioning network accurately and quickly make abnormal power dispatching and operation monitoring personnel can analyze the fault in the shortest time and the fault processing,and improve the comprehensive ability of intelligent substation safe operation.The system is designed in this paper test results can be clearly seen in the abnormal data is real-time monitoring and recording,suggesting that in this paper,the design of the system in intelligent substation network online detection has higher practical value and better application value.
